Any dry stretch works. We roof in Rescue year round, though we schedule shingle work for when it is warm enough for the strips to seal properly, and we watch the forecast so your house is never left open overnight.
Often, yes. Plenty of the Rescue roofs we get called to look at need flashing reworked or a section refastened, not a whole new roof. We will tell you honestly which one you are looking at, and if it is repairable we would rather repair it.
Yes. Gutters, guards, soffit and fascia are all part of keeping the edge of a Rescue roof dry, so we handle them along with the roof instead of sending you off to find somebody else to finish the job.
Much less than people expect. Over solid decking with underlayment under it, a Rescue metal roof sounds about like a shingle roof from inside the house. The loud tin roof people remember was screwed straight to open purlins over a barn with nothing underneath.
Sometimes. If the decking is sound and there is only one layer of shingles, a Rescue metal roof can go over the top on purlins. If there is rot underneath or two layers already on, we tear off first — and we will tell you that before you sign, not halfway through.
